Course Description:

The Esports Organization Management Simulation course immerses students in the dynamic and competitive world of esports management through a continuous, hands-on simulation that spans the entire semester. Students will form their own esports organizations, draft players, and compete in a virtual league against other student-led teams. Throughout the course, students will manage all aspects of their organization, including player recruitment, team performance, branding, marketing, financial management, and crisis response. This immersive experience is designed to mirror real-world esports management challenges, allowing students to develop the skills needed to succeed in the fast-paced esports industry.
